(1)Colorcom Imidacloprid is a highly effective insecticide that belongs to the nitro-methylene group. It is an effective regulator of the nicotinic acid acetylcholinesterase receptor, controlling stinging mouthparts pests such as aphids, leafhoppers, fleabites, thrips, whiteflies and resistant strains thereof. It is also effective against Coleoptera, Diptera and Lepidoptera, but is inactive against nematodes and red spiders.
(2) Due to its excellent systemic properties, it is particularly suitable for seed treatment and application in granular form.It can be used for early and continuous control of pests on cereal crops, maize, rice, potatoes, sugar beet and cotton, and for foliar sprays in the later stages of growth of the above mentioned crops as well as citrus, deciduous fruit trees and vegetables.
